Need to Return Your Jotto Desk? It's easy, and it's
FREE!
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your
purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.
Return shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid
Fedex label to return the purchase to us.
If you have installed and tried the desk, it can be returned within 30
days of purchase. If for some reason the desk was never opened or used,
you can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date,
provided the products are in the condition you received them and in the
original unopened box.
Here are the three easy steps to return product:
Call us at 1-866-314-5427 or 403-346-8253 with your invoice number and the
company or personal name that is on the invoice.
We will verify the information, and provide an R.M.A. number.
We will then email you a prepaid Fedex shipping label to
be attached to the carton you are returning. Simply drop off to a Fedex
depot. Once the shipment returns to the warehouse and is confirmed for
completeness, we will issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal
account, whichever applies.
110% Price Protection
You always pay the lowest price. If you find the same
complete Jotto Desk, laptop desk advertised at a lower price by another
on-line retailer, within 30 days of your order date from us, we will
verify the web site where you found the lower price and send you 110% of
the difference as a refund.
Here's how it works:
- The laptop desk must be available for purchase and identical to the item
on Jottodesk.us.
- It must be a web site, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership
club or eBay Express.
- It must be a legitimate dealer located in the United States.
- Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included
when calculating the price difference.

and with the URL of the site where you found the item at a lower price.
We will verify the information, give you a discount equal to 110% of the
